2) I probably should have mentioned this in the thread itself, but I don't entirely hate the prequels. I actually really enjoyed them for the most part as a kid and if I'm in a certain mood, I could see myself watching them again at some point. It's just that Episode 1 was hands down my least favourite of the franchise, even as a kid something felt off about it and it didn't really click with me no matter how many times I'd rewatch it. I'm just kinda worried that because the trailers were so similar that the new movie might be heading down a similar path. I'll cross my fingers and try to reserve my judgment for when the movie is released though.
1) Yup, funnily enough you actually made that review shortly after I watched the movie myself (I think 4 days if I remember correctly) I remember seeing an interview with all of the actors long before I saw the movie, and it made me feel so bad for them knowing that it was never meant to be released, they all sounded so passionate about it, especially Joseph Culp, who I really hope gets a chance to voice Dr. Doom one of these days, without the mask muffling his voice. I really liked his performance otherwise, his voice in particular was really deep and threatening, even if the material was a bit silly, and his fight scene with Richards wasn't anything great. Still I think he did the best with the material he got.
For me, the biggest ones I played were (I believe in order) Silver, Firered, XD: Gale of Darkness, Mystery Dungeon, Ranger, Diamond, Battle Revolution, MD: Explorers of Darkness, Ranger: Shadows of Almia, and the last one being the Black version. I didn't really get a chance to look at the older games like Snap! and Stadium, so my knowledge there is limited.
I'd say that it was only certain parts of media and such that I was really into Pokemon. The cards: not so much. I had a few of them, but I never really collected or used them. The show and movies: didn't watch every single season or movie, but they did play a pretty big part of my life. However, the games were my vice.
Sorry for not responding for a while. I think Chandler Bing would make a really good Spider-Man from what I saw in certain parts of that video. If he made his voice a little more youthful and energetic with a sarcastic hero attitude I think he would be a nice fit.
I'm not a FRIENDS fan. It's not that I dislike the show, but I've hardly ever watched any of it. I'm not even sure I've watched one full episode, so I don't know anything about the actor you mentioned or the character he plays on there. Were you suggesting Matthew Perry for Jameson or Doc Ock?
I could see Clancy as Jameson, but not something too close to Mr. Krabs. That voice is too comical for JJ, but something similar ish could work. As for Rodger as Doc Ock, yeah, why not. I don't know a lot of his work that I'm aware of, but his Dr. Light was very good.
