He also fit Aladdin pretty well. The Japanese cast of Aladdin is pretty cool. Zamasu as Aladdin, Beerus as Genie, Kenshiro as Iago and Tikal the Echidna as Jasmine. I'm not kidding, the Japanese VA for Tikal actually did Jasmine.

If you haven't seen Monster, you should because Nozomu Sasaki gives a terrific performance as the antagonist. It's one of those performances that makes you think: "The guy that did Tetsuo and Yusuke voiced this guy?"

For whatever reason, I haven't been paying attention to dubs lately. And speaking of Miki, having rewatched his work of FMA:B, I feel like his voice works better for Mustang than Travis Willingham. Sure, Roy Mustang is a badass, but I don't think he's a character that really needs a big booming deep voice. A smoother deep voice works better.

Another thing that I preferred in the sub was the line that Mustang says to Lust before he kills her. The line, coupled with Miki's delivery of it, works really well alongside the music.

When it comes to Transformers, Shinichiro Miki has only had one role in the whole franchise. He did Inferno in the Japanese dub of Beast Wars. Autovolt told me that he would cast him as Prowl, that Autobot who turns into a police car, but he feels that he'd work as other characters, like some Combiners.

Also, would you agree with me that Koyasu would sound closer to Kaye's BW Megatron than Wakamoto? Because I stand by it. If I knew how to make videos, I'd make some of BW Megatron with lines from Dio.

If you haven't seen it, watch it. Javier Bardem, Tommy Lee Jones and Josh Brolin are terrific in it. It was directed by the Coen brothers, who directed Fargo and The Big Lebowski.

I've been also seeing Baki, and Banjo Ginga, Takayuki Sugo, Hochu Otsuka and Rikiya Koyama deliver some great performances.

I can't say I've seen the whole episode, but I've seen some parts of it and yeah, what were they thinking? The thing about Funimation is that they can do better, but for whatever reason, they sometimes just do very questionable decisions.

Also, while I'm not very fond of Mike's Roshi like you are, I did find his scene where he did that Kamehameha to be rather decently acted in that other episode, so I guess he's gotten better, at least to me, when it comes to the more dramatic moments.

I don't know if you've seen No Country for Old Men, but Jason Douglas was in that film.

Are there any Story tropes that should fade out of existence never come back in your opinion?

I'm sure I've told you this before, but at first he actually thought of Koyasu to voice Megatron, and honestly, Koyasu would fit BW Megatron better than Wakamoto when it comes to replicating David Kaye's performance.

That seiyuu (Urara Takano) who I chose for Ed in a 90's FMA show actually voiced Kai in the Japanese version of the original Beyblade shows. She kinda reminds me of Romi Park at times.

Another thing we need is Janyse Jaud dubbing over Atsuko Tanaka in something. EPA Deane mentioned that she should have played Motoko instead of Sano in Ocean's GTS: Stand Alone Complex dub and that would have been perfect. Also, Mark Acheson would have been perfect as Batou too. He's one of those guys that should share a role with Akio Otsuka.
