As a side-note, though, the idea of Kaplan as Omega is pretty interesting, if I do say so myself.

I understand that you base most—if not all—of your casting choices on VAs that have shared role with a seiyū, but that doesn't mean they should share every role. I suggest you go for any VA you think would fit a certain role, regardless of whether or not they shared a role with a seiyū; in other words, don't limit your choices too much. Take everything I'm saying here as advise, if you will.
