Yeah, I agree. Whenever I read G.I. Joe comics, it's most of the 80's voices I hear.
While I like Optimus a lot, I agree with you that he's been overused as of lately. I wouldn't mind if Rodimus was the star of a new Transformers show, but unfortunately since the fanbase doesn't think that highly of him, it won't happen.
