For a guy who plays a lot of cool, charismatic heroes and supporting roles, he makes for some great villains.

His performances as Mikami and Hasegawa were great. The Riddler'd be a great role for him.

one of my personal favourites i came up with actually is Kirby Morrow as Riddler. If you've heard his Mikami or Hasegawa. I think he could fit that role rather well.

Mark or Blu would have been awesome as Dabura.

By the way, your Ocean cast for Batman is awesome.

My favorite castings have to be Mark Oliver as Joker, Ron Halder as Alfred Pennyworth, Brian Drummond as Two-Face, Andrea Libman as Harley Quinn, Paul Dobson as Bane and Deathstroke, Venus Terzo as Poison Ivy, Garry Chalk as Commissioner Gordon, Scott McNeil as Killer Croc and Richard Newman as Hugo Strange.

Sobolov would have been a great Dabura but his time in Vancouver was rather short, i think by the time Ocean got to the Buu Saga, David already was in LA.

That said Mark Acheson or Blu Mankuma could have totally voiced him.

I don't know how it didn't came to Ocean's heads that David Kaye or Paul Dobson would have been so much better as Cell. Hell, David Sobolov would have been a much better Dabura than Scott.

Nitro asked Dale if he reprised Cell for the Ocean Kai dub and here's what he had to say:
