* Steps on how to 1. Crop Images; 2. Upload Images; 3. Post a Request; can be found at the end of this guide.

• The character should be cropped from above the head to the body (anywhere between below-the-neck to the waist).
All characters should be cropped consistently,
eg. all head-to-neck, or all head-to-chest. NOT mix of head to neck/chest/waist.
• Only characters listed in the credit image or verified from the other acceptable sources above will be accepted.

Cropped BTVA Size
If character has no voice but appears in various media in a franchise, they can be assigned to No Voice Actor
Note: when listing the voice actors for the characters, if the title is an ANIME, please also list the Japanese actors and provide the original Japanese credits.
EXCEPTIONS:
Sometimes the only available screenshot of a character does not allow for a crop like the above examples. Therefore the below would be acceptable if no other shot can be sourced from the title - despite not falling under the "head-to-mid-body crop" guideline.

Cropped BTVA Size
Note: This would normally be unusuable as the crop only captures the face and no part of the body.

Cropped BTVA Size
Note: To convey the scale of a small character, fully head-to-toe crops are allowed.

Cropped BTVA Size
Note: The shot doesn't capture the full character's face and also blocked by surrounding characters.

Cropped BTVA Size
Note: Sometimes a character is far in the background and low resolution. Using a blurry full body shot is often the only option.
