Supporting male was the hardest to choose from. Chris Parson brings such an enjoyable fun performance as Junkrat but Darin de Paul is AMAZING as Ardyn. It doesn't help that they are both in FF15 and Overwatch, though you seriously wouldn't know it if you just listened to their voices alone. In the end, I choose Darin, Junkrat is fun but Ardyn is more compelling.

Best supporting male vocal in a VG was hardest choice for me. Had to go with Chris Parson, even though Darin de Paul is amazing af. Such a tough choice. -_-

Damn that male VA is a hard choice. Noctis, Ignis or Apollo! ;_;. Ardyn needs to win too.

Votes from me:

Male Lead: Ray Chase (Easy. Done.)
Female Lead: Eden Rigel (Another easy-ish choice)
Male Supporting: Matthew Mercer (torn between him and Darin De Paul, and mentally flipped a coin to decide)
Female Supporting: Rena Strober (Azura is a plot important character though...? But she also did a good job as Akane in Zero Time Dilemma, so that's why she got my vote)
Ensemble: Overwatch (Haven't played, but I've heard some of the voice acting, and it was great + I really like how global the Voice Cast is, so....)

If you're thinking of Nier: Automata and Fire Emblem Echoes then this is for games released in 2016.

While I love Adam Croasdell in FFXV, I don't understand why he wasn't placed in the "supporting cast" section. Ray Chase as Noctis was the main character; it shouldn't be a choice between the two of them!

When it comes to determining what makes someone Lead or Supporting, it's always, always a case-by-case type thing, and we always make those decisions very carefully. Even though Noctis is the main protagonist in FFXV, the game is about the journey that he took together with Ignis, Prompto, and Gladio at his side. All four of them had a pretty comparable amount of interaction, dialogue, and voicework to each other, and the overall experience and narrative of the game simply wouldn't have been the same if even one of them was missing. So for that reason, it just makes sense to consider them all as "Lead" roles.

For best male lead I've gotta hand it to Ray Chase as Noctis. FFXV had some rough patches in the story writing, but Ray's performance really ties the game together. Fantastic performance.

I am a total Laura Bailey fanboy and her Catwoman was so well acted and the voice is perfect for Selina. I don't any of her other voices struck that right balance of toughness, playfulness and sexiness. One of the best performances I've ever heard from Laura, truly.

Male Supporting actor is just tearing me apart. Making me choose between Ardyn and Two-Face is cruel. Two of my favorite villain performances in game history. Ugh. I think I'm actually going to flip a coin to decide. Heads for Two-Face, tails for Ardyn... It's heads.

Got to admit I don't know much about most of the characters for Female Supporting roles here. Just on sound alone I thin I'll go with Azura. Admittedly she is one of the ones where I have played the game though.

In terms of ensembles I think I'm gonna give to Worlds of Final Fantasy. The very nature of that game meant they had to bring in a lot of talented people who have worked on that franchise over the years. It's quite impressive.
