While the original G1 series was... well to be blunt fairly infamous for having all sorts of animation errors, more recent series' are not exactly innocent of this as well. This scene from Transformers Armada is quite an example as this may seem like a perfectly normal shot of Megatron... Until you notice whats on his right shoulder...

LOL!!!!!! pokejedservo that was funny! I think you all did good on this one. I'm not sure how JoeHoskinson's recording has anything to do with this but He has a good voice!
