I wasn't going for accuracy (I believe that was for bonus points), but instead, for personal interpretation. Yours sounds like movie Splinter and pjs's is more like 2003 Splinter. Mine is something different altogether.
The pacing WAS, however, inspired by Kevin Clash's performance in the first two movies. There are several instances where he pauses mid-sentence.

Not bad with the background voices I guess but I honestly think his Splinter voice needs a lot of work that is not how Splinter talks at all both in sound and in the actual pacing etc! I know it will sound bias coming from me but I think others would agree with me.

That and having someone who can voice the clips instead of sounding the same in everything. Not everyone can voice everything. People have specific voices they can do and ones they can't do and should leave alone.

Haha, Thanks man! Yeah, I had to change it up a little on here for our fans instead of supplying the typical 'anime pics' filled with clips as 'narrators'
