I'm really liking his work for the FE franchise. He always manages to do justice to the characters I like (Joshua, Ayra, Sigurd, Arvis and Lute are examples of characters whose voices he did justice for) despite some mistakes (having a reprisal from the Tellius games that wasn't Jason Adkins, casting Bryce Papenbrook as Karel) he seems to know what he's doing and I trust him to make the right choices for the rest of the characters (I will admit that I'm worried about Micaiah though. After the whole mess with Mia I'm not so sure he'll do her justice but we'll wait and see) even if they aren't my fancastings (heck he honestly makes better choices for the characters).

However his weak spot (and I'm pretty sure everyone here can agree with me on this) would be the replacements for the Fates characters. Don't get me wrong some of them are fine like Takumi are fine but he definitely messed up on a majority of them the main ones being Hinoka, Peri, and Soleil. They were all miscasted as well as hated by a majority of the community. However he is getting a bit better with that as Siegbert sounded wonderful but that was pushed back by Soleil's voice IMO.

@Soul-dragon

I think his weaknesses with the Fates characters has a lot to do with the fact that he's forced to use someone else's work as a basis. Most of Fates' voice work was done under the direction of Kris Zimmerman and it can be hard to pick up off of a different director's work, especially when you're forced to do a lot of recasts in the process. Not to mention Kris Zimmerman is just such a good director and pulled together a pretty unique cast that's formed a kind of charm that's just...really hard to replicate. So the issue there is moreso that Seitz wasn't responsible for the original work and in many ways is forced to try his hardest to stay faithful to Zimmerman's work, but it's sort of hard when he's relegated to a largely different pool of talent than what Kris Zimmerman had. It can be pretty hard when you have to work off of something someone else did but are forced to stay as true to it as you can, but have very different circumstances.

 1 Shout Out!
He directed JJBA? I assumed he only was in charge of the script and Kevin McMullan was the main director.

 2 Shout Outs!
An awesome actor who is an awesome voice director. Love his SMT work, Your Lie in April, and though I've only heard snippets the Monster dub as well.

@SNaG He actually directed the second half of x2 Part 1 (a.k.a. Sho) because Kirk Thornton had some scheduling issues after directing the first half. Alex von David took over for Part 2 and is doing Part 3 as well. Here's some proof: http://www.durarara2usa.com/staffcast/

@JRPictures

Kirk Thornton may have been working on some episodes of Clarence last year, directed by...Kristi Reed - the director of the first season's dub, of all people.
