Sean Micheal Teague = Excellent.
Eric Stuart = Wooden but good.
Brianne Siddall = Forced and fake.
Candice Moore = Just awful. Just horrible.

Since the character was originally voiced by the female Mayumi Tanaka, the only real decision here from my viewpoint is between Siddall and Moore, and from there Siddall easily gets my vote. Moore comes off as kinda flat, plus she mispronounced Botan's name (minor nitpick, I know, but it still bugged me). Siddall just seems more emotional and thus more believable.

Sean Teague NAILED Koenma's voice, and really created tremendous layers to the characters persona. I honestly can't say hearing Brianne & Eric's voice that I would have felt the same way. Though Brianne really sounded the most like a real 4-year old than Sean & Eric. However, the voice modulation that Sean produced was incredible. Loved it.

Yeah it is kind of interesting to actually hear Koenma having the voice of a child so Brianne is interesting.
Eric Stuart is a good VA but an odd choice that was a bit miscast. Granted to be fair Koenma had a more serious-mannered role in that movie but it still seems a bit odd. (Though also to be fair if that voice was used on Teen Koenma that would've been a different story.)
Sean Teague is a nice medium between the two, but still I liked both Brianne and Sean for different reasons. (With Eric at a fairly miscast second.)

Brianne Siddall sounded the most like a child, while Sean Teague sounded the most like the character. I guess I'm going with him.
