They all do good work, but Chris Britton will always be the voice of Mr. Sinister to me. Funny, he and Clancy Brown would both go on to voice Odin as well.

I don't think anyone fits, actually.
Whenever I see Sinister in the comics and read his dialogues, I always imagine a smooth, gentleman-like voice.
Everyone here is too deep, imO.

I'm gonna give it to Clancy Brown. He was awesome as sinister.

Gonna give this one to Clancy Brown, though Daniel Riordan and Chris Britton were also good as Sinister.

Dang! Clancy Brown sounds awesome and is very different from his normal voices. He gets my vote.

@TheVengeanceKnight Really? He sounds just like he did as Lex Luthor in the DCAU to me.

@GothamRed True, but his voice for Sinister is a lot softer. Maybe "very different" isn't an accurate description. =P

Is it me or does Christopher Corey Smith sound like Michael Dorn?

Christopher Britton and Clancy Brown are both equally sinister, with Daniel Riordan being second. Christopher Corey Smith's voice just didn't work: sounds like a generic, deep-voiced bad guy.

Clancy Brown's rendition of Sinister definitely. Clancy has a fantastic villain voice.

Mr. Sinister, first of all yes needless to say he definitely lives up to the name.
In the early 90's X-Men he was voiced by Christopher "Soichiro Yagami" Britton. And I must say that Christopher Britton's voice and performance still does hold up rather well. While its pretty easy to tell that his voice was the least bit modified its still one of the better Mr. Sinister performances.
In the 2003 Video Game X2 Wolverine's Revenge he was voiced by Christopher Corey Smith. While I do like on how his Mr. Sinister is deeper and still does sound suitably evil but Sinister didn't exactly have a big role in that game. Christopher Corey Smith's handiwork as Sinister is still not bad though.
In X-Men Legends 2 he was voiced by Daniel "RiD Megatron" Riordan and its not bad, though while Sinister's role in this game was somewhat bigger and more memorable than in X2, Daniel's handiwork wasn't better than Christopher Corey Smith in X2.
In Wolverine and the X-Men he was voiced by Clancy Brown whom is a known natural in Villainous roles and this is no exception. Clancy Brown's Mr. Sinister voice has depth, genuinely sinister yet smooth as well.
Overall I think its a tie between Christopher Britton and Clancy Brown with Christopher Corey Smith and Daniel Riordan at a close second.

Do voices that were recorded yet not used for the show count? I've heard a clip where Mr. Sinister had a different voice for X-Men TAS. But,I'm not sure the site is still online

All of them did decent job, but Clancy Brown definetly takes a crown in here: he always had a talent in playing bad guys.
