EDITOR'S OPINION
Today on the Teen Titans VC section we have this little lady here whom while she does have a connection with Wonder Woman lets just say she is known as the original superheroine in Teen Titans and the original Wonder Girl... DONNA TROY! Unlike a good amount of the other Teen Titans VC we shall actually begin this with the Filmation Aquaman series from the late 60's (which had segments for several other DC Comic heroes such as Teen Titans) voiced by Julie Bennett. Since the series was released back in 1967 this was not only back when Donna was Wonder Girl but back when she was at her youngest as a Teen Titan and putting that into consideration Julie's performance is not too bad really. Julie's voice for the role of Young Donna Troy worked pretty well and her delivery on Donna's lines did feel a bit more natural than her male cohorts (and while she didn't have as much lines as her male cohorts but to be fair she didn't have as much corny lines). So Julie Bennett's performance for the role is above average at best but its certainly not a bad one though. Oh yes and so far this show is the only animated feature that Donna Troy has had a speaking (she made a occasional cameo in the 2003 Teen Titans series but she couldn't actually be named in the show due to licensing issues).Unlike Diana A.K.A Wonder Woman, poor Donna never had a voice acted speaking role again until about over 4 decades later in which Donna Troy appeared in her more current form in DC Universe Online voiced by Deena Hyatt. Granted alike her 1967 counterpart Donna didn't have that many lines in the game but from what relatively little she got Deena does a pretty good job with the role. Deena's voice for Donna Troy was alright (even if it did sound a little on the generic side) but her performance did give a fairly strong feel that did work for the role. Overall neither one of these are all that perfect for the role but they both were above average in their own way.

Grey is the best. Her voice would work for both light hearted and serious interpretations of the character. Plus the accent is great. It's also a huge change of pace for her. When I hear Wonder Girl, I forget it's Grey DeLisle!

Albeit, it is a more light-hearted series, but I'm giving this one to Grey DeLisle. I could see working as Donna Troy in a more serious series.

The Greek accent on Grey DeLisle's performance is a real nice touch; it makes her sound more like an authentic Amazon.

I like Deena better. Julie sound too old for a girl her age but hey this was way back in the 60s.
