Milly Thompson is one of the main protagonists of the Trigun series whom was in the series since the 1st episode. Milly Thompson is an agent of the Bernadelli Insurance Agency whom is the junior coworker of Meryl Strife though despite on how Milly is substantially taller Milly always looks up to Meryl and is very respectful to her. Milly is quite the "Gentle Giant" as she is a sweet-natured girl whom is very kind and optimistic, she comes from a large family whom she writes letters to them on a regular basis. Milly is known as "Stun Gun Milly" as her weapon of choice is a large concussion gun that fires powerful x-shaped claws and one occasional gag is that her big gun has a tendency to fall off her coat into another person's foot.

EDITOR'S OPINION
Today on the Trigun VC section is the taller and nicer of the two ladies from Bernadelli... MILLY THOMPSON! Now let us begin...Lia Sargent- Let me say this right now that Lia was quite a natural choice for the role as her voice sounds genuinely adorable (but also suits on how Milly is a rather tall young woman). Lia's performance was also very good as her performance does suit Milly's endearing nature very well. So in other words Lia's work as Milly is another fine example of her work and of the voice work in the show.
Trina Nishimura- Trina did pretty well with this role as her voice for the role is definitely cute (and still age appropriate). Trina's performance also suited Milly's gentle sweet-natured persona rather well and is a fine example of her handiwork if I do say so myself and she makes a fine alternative to Lia.
Overall both of these ladies did very well with the role I admit I will still go with Lia but Trina was a very close second though.

They're both good, but I think I might actually prefer Trina! From these clips, her acting appeared to be better.

@PurpleWarrior13 Though I may be a tad biased, since I'm not much a fan of much of Lia's voice work. This and Chun Li were some of the few roles of hers that I liked (actually, her Botan wasn't bad either, though a tad annoying).

Lia Sargent is very natural and she puts a lot of personality into Milly. She's optimistic but also kind of naive and Lia captures that perfectly.
Trina Nishimura is also very natural and her performance is still good, but she doesn't have as much personality as Lia Sargent. She's a bit more "generic sweet anime girl" and a little less "Milly Thompson".
Overall, they're both good but I'll go with Lia Sargent.

Both were good as Milly, but with with Meryl, I'm gonna side with the dob of the series and go with Lia Sargent.

This doesn't mean that Trina's was bad, though. Only problem is that it sounds a tad too young.
