EDITOR'S OPINION

This will be a voice compare of a Transformers character that has two different depictions (in which both of them didn't appear a lot in either show) but unlike various other Transformers the differences are relatively minor.

In the original series he was voiced by VA Alan Oppenheimer, both Warpaths do have a love of battle against the Decepticons but the original Warpath has a bit more of a sense of humor (Even if its a fairly maniacal sense of humor).

And Alan was certainly able to capture that well, though in Animated Warpath had a very serious nature and he was rather well voiced by David Kaye. Both Warpaths are Autobots with extremely similar looks whom are eager for battle but with somewhat different tempers.

(Though in a way it does make sense on how Alan's voice is higher while David's is lower.)

So overall I am saying both did well for the role.

I liked Jamieson Price better in Fall of Cybertron, he was a bit more raspy and commanding.

I thought Jamieson Price was the best Warpath, though David Kaye and Dave Fennoy were also good.

Jamieson K Price is my favorite as well. Am I the only one who thinks he sounds too much like John C Reily, though?

I too like Jamieson Price at best: i dont have nothing against G1 voice actors, but from my point of view, some of them sound a bit too generic and not characterized enough.
I liked how Jamieson brought that youtful brash want-kick-as-many-asses-as-possible additude to Warpath, and i especially liked his bickering with more mature and grumbier Ironhide.

Jamieson Price for me. He's a great blend of Oppenheimer's "crazy" Warpath and Kaye's deeper, more serious version.
