This will be a voice compare of a Transformers character that has two different depictions (in which both of them didn't appear a lot in either show) but unlike various other Transformers the differences are relatively minor.

In the original series he was voiced by VA Alan Oppenheimer, both Warpaths do have a love of battle against the Decepticons but the original Warpath has a bit more of a sense of humor (Even if its a fairly maniacal sense of humor).

And Alan was certainly able to capture that well, though in Animated Warpath had a very serious nature and he was rather well voiced by David Kaye. Both Warpaths are Autobots with extremely similar looks whom are eager for battle but with somewhat different tempers.

(Though in a way it does make sense on how Alan's voice is higher while David's is lower.)

So overall I am saying both did well for the role.

I like all of them but there's something that distracts me from going with 3 of them, I haven't watched Animated in full yet but Kaye sounds like "dark and gritty Wheeljack" It's a good voice and Decepticon but I prefer if it were a balance of Alan or Jamieson with a some of Dave's brooding mixed in, he hits it on a better note sounding more like Bulkhead, while Kaye sounds like Hank Azaria trying to channel Christian Bale.

Dave is my 2nd favorite but my ideal voice is the more renegade version which some of that mixed in. Jamieson captures him best, especially the renegade personality and sounds like he's more laid back in battle. My issue with Alan is it seems to me Hasbro wanted an Ironhide 2.0. after Ironhide got killed off on the movie and while I like it, I'm just reminded of Ironhide with possibly some of Blaster mixed in.

I friggin love Warpath, he's such a bombastic over the top kind of Autobot, he's a tank which we don't see too many on the Autobots side. I've noticed there are two types of portrayals, he's either loud and in your face or a deep voice, hated filled and angry.

I think my favourite is Jamieson Price. I love that we get to see Price voice a young hot headed maverick soldier, usually he'd voiced the more serious, calm and potentially villainous types of characters. So it's nice to see him play against type. His voice and attitude reminds me so much of John C. Reilly as Wreck-It Ralph which is awesome.

Alan Oppenheimer is also pretty good, he plays him a bit more like a crazy old coot but still gets the loud and obnoxious personality down greatly.

Dave Fennoy sounds the deepest but still has a bit of a bombastic feel which is nice.

David Kaye is my favourite VA but he's honestly the weakest Warpath here. He sounds too much like the voice he used for Cliffjumper in the show. Gruff and Raspy. I know he could have been better if he tapped into his performance for Recoome from DBZ.

Jamieson Price has my vote, he just has a perfect blend of all the performances.

BONUS: I think Dan Castellaneta could make an excellent Warpath, I could see him using his Rich Texan voice as it sorta reminds me of Oppenheimer's performance. I could also see Michael Dobson doing a deeper version of his Bulk Biceps working well as Warpath.

I'm going with Alan. Maybe it's just a nostalgia thing. Jamieson Price is very good, too I must say. Kaye and Fennoy are good, but their versions are too serious. I picture the character being crazy.

I wonder if Bill Fagerbakke would make a great Warpath?

I liked Jamieson Price better in Fall of Cybertron, he was a bit more raspy and commanding.

Jamieson Price for me. He's a great blend of Oppenheimer's "crazy" Warpath and Kaye's deeper, more serious version.
