Ah Sunstorm easily the least known of the seekers (while he was in the original series he only had a brief cameo in the first episode). While the seekers looked so much alike often to the point of basically having the same body but with different color palettes they were given chances to have remotely distinct personalities (especially Starscream)... except for Sunstorm. To give you a hint both of the guys whom voiced Sunstorm are the same guys whom have voiced Starscream and neither of them are particularly hiding it.

In Transformers Animated there were Starscream clones all voiced by Tom Kenny (except for the sole female clone Slipstream voiced by Tara Strong). Sunstorm is basically the Sycophant side of Starscream in which that is basically what Tom was told to do and he got the job done at least.

In the game based off of the "Revenge Of The Fallen" film, Sunstorm was a DLC character voiced by Charlie Adler in which Sunstorm's design was basically G1 Starscream.... but Orange. (And like I said before while you can usually call the Seekers a bunch of Palette swaps at least they generally get to have different personalities and voices.) But in all fairness say what you will about this being "Starscream-lite" but Charlie does try to give an energetic performance for this role.

Overall neither are bad per say but I am going with Tom Kenny a bit more here since its at least a bit closer to being more than just "Orange Starscream".
