Dale Wilson, simply on the grounds that Cybertron Mudflap wasn't an annoying, racist caricature that RotF Mudflap was.

Reno Wilson. The Twins were hilarious in ROTF, it's amazing that people thought they were racially offensive.

Granted, it doesn't play Tom Kenny is a good light, but there's more to it than that. Many people also found aspects of the Twins' robot modes designs to be racist, too.
