Menasor, whether you know him as a gigantic Decepticon that's actually a gestalt with a Hulk-speak Speech pattern or a Gigantic Decepticon that's actually a disgruntled worker with a slightly rough British accent this is his Voice Compare.

In the original series he has had 2 VAs, first off was the late Roger Carmel who voiced him in the majority of Menasor right from the start. Roger Carmel's acting isn't really bad but while the original Transformers series is known for using special Vocal effects on Character voices well (such as Soundwave) this is sadly a bit of an exception. His Menasor voice was modified pretty heavily in which it can at times be hard to even tell what Menasor is even saying.

Though in "Five Faces of Darkness" the also late Regis Cordic voiced Menasor in his rather small appearance there and its not bad. Sure I would've pictured Menasor's voice to be lower but other than that its alright, though one thing that helped is that they didn't bother to modify Regis' Menasor voice which in this case is a good thing.

Menasor didn't really appear again until Transformers Cybertron where is he voiced by Ocean Group VA Sam Vincent. (Whom is the only one amongst the 3 VAs there that as of when this Voice Compare was made is still alive and well.) Sam Vincent is not a bad VA but he was pretty miscast here, I mean a slightly lower version of his Coby voice with a light British accent? Sam did try to give a good performance anyways but he was indeed rather miscast here.

Overall neither one of these are particularly great but I have going with Regis Cordic the most here.

Charlie would actually fill Jazz better just based off of his regular speaking voice. That's the one problem I have with it, it sounds way too normal. Also the autotune is a weird choice. It also sounds really forced when he raises his voice too.

Updated VC thoughts

I really love Regis Cordic in this particular role. He had the unstable sound and the violent delivery which was fitting for Menasor.

James Arnold Taylor is next. He does a nice job in trying to keep Cordic's essence.

Roger C. Carmel does sound good, but the excessive effects kinda hurt his take.

Dashie would fit a Battlecharger better.

Sam Vincent fits the Cybertron version, but I don't see him fitting the combiner version.

I think Guzman's voice is too light and his delivery is really stiffy. Also the autotune sound is really distracting to me

I really love the delivery and voice Regis Cordic had for Menasor so I'll be giving my vote to him.

Roger C. Carmel is fine but he was also Bruticus and Unicron and I don't think Menasor should have a voice like this.

James Arnold Taylor sounds rather young but at the same time I kinda like his take though a part of me thinks he would have been better as the Cybertron version of Menasor.

Sam Vincent is okay as Menasor but I feel he might have been miscast.

BONUS: I think Colin Murdock doing a Scottish version of his Wing Saber would have been more fitting as the Cybertron version of the character IMO. For the G1 version Patrick Seitz would be badass.

It's a tie between Taylor & Cordic, both make the character sound menacing and come across as terrifying to listen to when the character is brought to life.

Honestly prefer JAT over the original G1 guys. Roger is barely audible and Regis sounds too much like Frank's Galvatron, he's insane and one character with that voice is enoough, and not even a big fan of that voice for either character, and Sam is justwell a turnoff me, and a character with this name should should, menacing, theatening, etc, and needs that in his voice, some sort of scary authority. JAT nails that, this line alone is an example.

All four are good, but I'm gonna go with Regis Cordic.

1) Regis Cordic: His performance was fairly memorable in episodes like "Trans-Europe Express" and "Masquerade". He had the proper energy as well as the proper amount of threat needed for a pretty unstable character.

2) James Arnold Taylor: He does a really bang-up job at channeling Cordic's performance. Sounds suitably powerful as well as unstable.

3) Roger C. Carmel: If he played him more regularly and they ditched the heavy vocal processing, he'd be great, but as it stands, it's just decent.

4) Sam Vincent: Works for his version, but I don't think it would fit the Stunticon combiner.
