Going with Bert Kramer, though I also liked Matthew Patrick.

1. Bert Kramer- I'll be frank here, i'm not totally sold on his voice. He did an excellent and convincing job, but it just does not fit Computron. He wins by virtue of his voice sounding the coolest, but i was picturing something more like RoboCop.

2. Matthew Patrick- His distinctive nasally voice shines thru; and while his take doesn't give off the nagging feeling it's supposed to be funny like Hayberg's, it's still too shallow-pitched.

3. Strings Kozisek- I really think the game he voices the character gets too much flack for its acting, but i must commend Kozisek for being really annoying. I know the acting is pretty good, but I am wondering if a Dalek did this character and "Strings Kozisek" is just the fake identity it uses for non-union gigs.

4. Ricky Hayberg- It sounds like a guy playing with a "robot" filter in Audacity as a joke. I'm not asking much acting-wise, but this voice is just not doing it. It's not atrocious, but it is so bad i only felt compelled to write here after listening to this clip.

As a side note, anyone whining about Youtubers trying to break into Hollywood should seriously try to get a leg up the old fashioned way and see how easy it is or have a chat with Chris Niosi. What's even worse is at least MatPat (and Anna Akana while we're at it) have legit training. It's not like when SNL has an athlete as their host.

@martyyahar The "lets see you do better" response is not a good counterargument.

@martyyahar You’re right, I DO have to be a chef to know if food tastes bad or not!

@Shaun Ince That isn’t my point, at all. I was saying to stop dismissing internet celebrities, as if it’s easy or always recommendable to become a successful actor the “traditional” way. The “let’s see you do better” comes in regarding trying to be successful, not give a good performance.

@martyyahar That's completely irrelevant in context to the voice compare to begin with. We're judging the performances of said people, not whether it's easy to break into the acting industry. Everyone has their opinions on these Internet personalities, but that doesn't mean we're saying we can do better. The last part of your original post comes across as somewhat pretentious.

@Shaun Ince That still ignores the bajillion useless and frankly ignorant comments about how internet people should not do (voice) acting, which prompted me to make the aside. As if getting acting success the traditional way is more valid. I am saying nothing about your opinions on their performances or them otherwise.

Where are you seeing those comments?
said at 9:48 AM on Thu Feb 1 2018
@NCZ “This whole thing is why I wish they got less Youtube celebs for the voices.”

Ehh that's one comment, nowhere near a bajillion. Also the context made me interpret it as semi-facetious. Especially since there's an earlier comment that gives a fair assessment.

@NCZ Sigh, i suppose. Don’t wanna continue.

When I hear MatPat's performance I don't hear Computron but instead Rob64 from StarFox, which hey if Nintendo ever wanted to make another game in that series I wouldn't mind hearing him take a shot at it to see if he fits better

is ROB64 actually NESS EARTHBOUND???????

@NCZ Is ROB64 the real villain of Star Fox 64?????????? Why would he send you supplies in the middle of a level instead of giving them to you from the start? Why do they come in easy to miss boxes? It's like he wants you to not have them. Maybe he's really plotting against you. Just listen to that creepy monotone voice.

A GAME THEORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@Ghosty404 Honestly as with the rest "Prime Wars Trilogy" it feels more like they are getting a bunch of people who are talented and have potential of giving great performances, and giving em jack all to actually work with

I heard MatPat do some voice roles for some unofficial stuff here and there, he did a decent job.
Now with different direction would have worked better as *this* character, maybe not.

It's okay for him to give off weird vibes because it's just part of his culture.

MatPat I thought was decent, a step up from Ricky.
Not as good as Bert but I enjoyed him.

MatPat is a miscast. He comes across as bland and the delivery is very wonky. Clearly new to voice acting & it really shows here.

Bert Kramer hands down. He has a cool factual sound to his delivery and his voice is really unique. It's the perfect combination of intelligence and style. Just like Christopher Collins' Starscream, Tony Pope's Wreck-Gar and Dick Gautier's Hot Rod/Rodimus, I feel no one will ever be able to surpass Bert's Computron.

MatPat has the factual delivery, but the voice and effects just don't sound cool at all.

Ricky Hayberg has the same problems as MatPat.

Strings Kozisek is unremarkable and buried under effects.

Matt and Ricky are both way too light for this kind of role I feel. That and it doesn't help that both of their deliveries come off more goofy than anything else.

Bert Kramer sounds awesome as Computron. He sounds so awesome that he would have been a boss Ultron.

The others are meh.

Bert Kramer sounds damn awesome. His voice reminds me of Tom Kane.. maybe Tom could give Computron a shot with his Ultron voice?

Ricky Hayberg sounds so dumb. I'm sorry, but he sounds like he's forcing the voice and is trying to imitate the stereotypical "robot" voice, not to mention sounding a bit young. I do like the vocal effects, though.

Strings Kozisek sounds like a generic grunt.

@Ghosty404 Matthew Patrick sounds more bearable and less nasal than Ricky, but he’s sounding way too young. He’s at least second to Bert, though.

Ricky Hayberg has a cool voice effect and has the timing down, but my vote goes to Bert Kramer. (Now to hear Berts version w the vocal effect of Ricky... That would be awesome xD)

Bert Kramer's voice and performance is just perfect as Computron. Seriously that voice is awesome. It's a shame he didn't do more voice work.

Strings Kozisek sounds weird, light and generic sounding. I also wonder who names their kid Strings?

Anyways Bert Kramer gets my vote.

BONUS: Steve Kramer's Cerebros I feel could also fit as Computron if you put enough filtration on it.
