Pat Fraley by far, he made the character incredibly entertaining and those freaky gargling alien noises were brilliantly done and really fun to imitate.
Wayne Grayson doesn't really count since while sharing the same name, he's not necessarily the same character. Just a funny reference at best, his voice isn't terrible, but its too short for me to judge and just isn't as memorable...sounds kind of whiny too but I guess that's what they were going for. Its not terrible, but at the same time its...not Krang.
Bradford Cameron does a pretty good imitation, a bit too high pitched but he does get the alien noises down pretty well.
So yeah, my vote goes to Pat Fraley, with Bradford Cameron as a close second. I don't really count Wayne Grayson here, but he was a decent reference I guess.

Wayne's was basically an ally to the turtles since he was a good Utrom. Ch'rell should have been Krang but that would have made things complicated.

Pat Fraley easily blows both Wayne and Bradford outta the water here! XD

If someone could get a clip of Grayson's Krang from Turtles in Time Re-Shelled as well, that'd be nice. It's actually a much different voice (since he's actually doing the real Krang instead of the Utrom cameo).

Pat Fraley will always be the voice of the alien brain, Krang.

Fraley's Krang is one of the most iconic perfomances in the original series, so whomever ended up voicing the character in "Forever" had an unenviable task at hand. That said, Cameron did one heck of a job--particularly surprising for an unknown.

WOW!! Thank you so much for the kind comments and the inside info Mr. Fraley. Myself and the other admins are truly honored that you stopped by. You can probably tell by looking at your profile that we are a fairly young site and still somewhat incomplete with credits but we are working hard to fix that. Thanks so much man and stay tuned because you just may appear in a top ten list that is coming out soon :)

I love this concept of comparing performances, but I have to say, it was easier for me to do Krang, than those who were requested to to an impression of my choices. That's tougher. I like Bradford's a lot. Also, when I did Krang, he started out of the android, and they wanted a whole lot more "blob" and "undulating" to his performance. The talking backward trick to sound icky was something I picked up at recess in elementary school on the playground. PF
