Lois Lane is a journalist for the Daily Planet and the wife of Superman/Clark Kent. She is the daughter of army general Sam Lane and is older sister to Lucy Lane. Lois has extensive investigative skills, martial arts training and also extensive combat training. She is intelligent, beautiful and a hard working woman. She is also sometimes bossy, impulsive and persistent.

EDITOR'S OPINION
Most of these voice actors had great voices for their generation or incarnation, but my personal favorite and IMO the best among this group is Dana Delany. Christina Hendricks is my second favorite.Jackson_H

I really think Joan Alexander is the best Lois overall. But Dana Delaney and Julie Bennett are really good too, because when I hear them, they sound a lot like Joan.

I think that Jennifer Hale would do nicely in this role. In fact, I should be surprised that they haven't casted her as Lois Lane yet.

Dana and Pauley are tied for my favorite. They both give really unique performances. Next would probably be Grey. She is always awesome. Anne Heche was a little annoying and Christina Hendrichs

I'm going with Dana Delaney. Pauley Perrette, Grey DeLisle, Sirena Irwin, Christina Hendricks, Kyra Sedgewick, and Anne Heche were good too. I thought there would be more comments on this one.

You know, after watching Superman VS. The Elite, I'm gonna change my vote to Pauley Perrette. I thought she was better as Lois.

Same! Erica Durance is my favorite on-camera actress to portray the character.
Slim chance but since Smallville continued in comic form, maybe Warner Brothers will try and make more money off it in the future by adapting some of those comic stories into an animated direct-to-video film and reunite the Smallville cast. :)

I'm gonna go with Dana Delaney on this one, but Anne Heche, Kyra Sedgwick, Christina Hendricks, and Sirena Irwin are also good, too, thoguh Hence did start off rocky. Kate Bosworth, much like in the actual movie, stunk as Lois.

Dana Delaney by far. I think she is not only the best animated Lois, but the best Lois Lane ever. She has the sass and the confidence of a top reporter and a stong woman but she still retains that femininty that I think Superman falls in love with. I HATE versions of Lois thats just a hardcore feminist bitch cuz I don't think even Superman would put up with that shit for too long hence why I HATED Kate Bosworth's version.

I liked most of them, but Joan Alexander definitely gave the character life, and played Lois for more than 20 years (on radio, theater and later, television).
