Comparision of the voice over actors who have been the voice of Livewire with sound clips and images.
EDITOR'S OPINION
Well its been a while but its time to do another VC for one of Superman's rogues gallery this time its one of the ladies namely Livewire. Formerly a Shock jock whom is infamously against Superman she becomes an electric powered evil doer.In Superman: The Animated Series she was voiced by Lori Petty. Lori's Livewire voice is definitely above average as it does sound like something from a Shock Jock and her work still definitely works when she is Livewire.
In the Justice League episode "Hereafter Part 1" she is voiced by Maria "Hawkgirl" Canals. Its not hard to tell Maria is pretty much a "Stand-in" but while its not one of the best stand in performances its certainly not the worst. (Another words you can tell its Maria Canals voicing Livewire but she did make a decent attempt at trying to sound like Lori Petty.)
Overall I liked them both but I am going with Lori Petty here.

At times Lori's acting feels wonky, sometimes having werid delivery on some lines. Her voice does fit though.
Maria has better delivery but it's still just an okay 'Stand-In' and it does sound like a Harley Quinn which kinda makes me want to hear her as Harley

Without a doubt, Lori Petty. Sadly, yeah, I must agree with Nick102 that Maria Canals's verison sounded too much like she was triyng to voice Harley Quinn.

Lori Petty was defiantly Livewire for me. Maria's substitute voice just sounds too much like Harley Quinn.

Maria's sounds more intimidating yet still fun and cool! Plus that slight accent adds life to livewire! ;D

Ah, you know I thought Livewire was played by Tank Girl, and now I know, and knowing is half the battle
