#1 Travis Willingham
He nailed Guile's character and played his coolness well, netting him the prize. It goes without saying that this is one of Trav's better performances as well.
#2 Michael David Donovan III
He's the original and a bit more flexible, so I have to give him props for those.
#3 Kirk Thornton
He was all right I suppose, even though he's practically all over roles like this and more, but at least that shows he has good range.

i agree kirk and Travis are done best for guile's voice.

He did but unfortunately I have yet to find ANY access to any of the episodes of the ADV dub of the series that's supposedly only available in Europe. (Which is kind of odd considering on how ADV is an American-based company whom does the European English dub, while Manga Entertainment whom did the US dub is from England.)
Oh yes and I liked all 3 of these performances rather well though I suppose if I had to pick it would be Kirk Thornton at least out of these 3.
