EDITOR'S OPINION
This is a kind of awkward one to chose through, as the character has never once spoken english, and the voices are fairly similar to chose from.I guess all in all, I'm picking Larry Ward, as he was the one who create this "voice" we've come to recognize from the character.

Ultimately went with Kevin Michael Richardson. The others are good, but Kevin's actually showed some "humanizing" traits that make Jabba a better character.

Larry Ward is my favorite. From the clips here is sound like Clint Bajakian and David W Collins could have slowed down a little.

i picked larry ward just because he did an amazing job and set the standard for this voice. Kevin Michael Richardson is a close second though.

It'll be David W. Collins for my vote. As FoxWolf said before me, he's a little deeper than both Larry Ward & Kevin Michael Richardson & sounds more threatening than both of them.
I'd pick Kevin Michael Richardson as an EXTREMELY close second place & Larry Ward as VERY close third place.

Not sure how true it is, but Jabba's voice in The Phantom Menace was also Larry Ward, according to the site Wookieepedia.

I think i'm gonna go with Larry Ward here, he's the one i'm use to. Out of all the successors i'm going with Kevin Michael Richardson and David W Collins, Clint Bajakian seems a little bland and the fact that jabba's voice is significantly different in EVERY movie kinda is kinda annoying! :)

while a strange compare to judge since as you mentioned Jabba doesn't speak English, he does "act" enough to being able to pick someone.
I'll actually go with David Collins since his is a little deeper than Larry Ward's and sounds more threatening.
