EDITOR'S OPINION
And here we are, Count Dooku's secret apprentice and Dark Jedi: Asajj Ventress.In the 2003 Clone Wars series, Asajj was voiced by Grey DeLisle. Whereas in the 2008 Clone Wars series and movie, Asajj was voiced by Nika Futterman.
Both of which are incredibly good, but my personal favourite has to be Grey. There's just something about that raspy "Eartha Kitt-esq" voice that appeals to me more with this character.

I like them both, but I grew up watching Grey DeLilse so I'll have to go for her for the sake of an argument. However, Futterman is also great, even though both are very different.

Grey's voice gets on my nerves. Nika's does a little, but she does sound cooler. B)

grey is better at voicing the character because nika used that same voice as ms. chameleon in my gym partner is a monkey so, nika's voice for av has a lack originality

I prefer Nika as well; sounds a bit more natural. But like Cypo pointed out, Grey's sounds a lot like Eartha Kitt, lol.

Gotta go with Futterman here, I just like the deeper tones for this character.
