ROB 64 is the observation and analysis robot assigned to the Great Fox, the flagship of the mercenary team Star Fox. His main duties are to assist the team by transferring vehicles and supplies to them on the battlefield. Thanks to several upgrades by Slippy Toad, he has been infused with much more personality and has gradually become recognized as a full-fledged member of the team.
In Star Fox 64, he is voiced by David Frederick White in the English version of the game. He is voiced by John Silke in the Rare-produced Star Fox Adventures. In Star Fox Assault, he is voiced by Dex Manley in the English version of the game.

White's and Silke's sound too deep for me; ROB was the only character I thought Dex did fairly well at. It reminds me of an intelligent robot most.

David White is the best ROB 64 voice actor, in fact, in my opinion, he is the only one to actually sound like a robot.
John Silke is not that good, but at least tries to imitate a robot, and he does good.
Dex manley does ROB's voice worst, i did not like that voice.
