EDITOR'S OPINION
And now for this fairly famous and infamous character in Spider-Man whom can go from lets just say "overly ill-tempered" to a sweet young lady. But regardless of which version you know of her, Gwen Stacy will be the next Spider Man character on the VC.In the 1994 Spider-Man series Gwen originally wasn't even going to appear on the show due to how it might complicate on what folks know of her in the comics. However later on in the 1994 series Gwen did get to have at least one appearance (but it was due to Spidey getting to go to another dimension) but still in '94 Spider-Man series episode "Spider Wars, Chapter 2: Farewell Spider-Man" she was voiced by the late great Mary Kay Bergman. Anyways while this characterization of Gwen Stacy might seem strange as she is the fiance of the fairly Tony Stark-esque Armored Spider-Man, but Mary did do well with this take on Gwen as I certainly had no problem with her performance overall.
Though Gwen didn't get another voice-acted role until The Spectacular Spider-Man where she is a cute little lady whom is a caring friend to the likes of Peter Parker and Harry Osborn. Anyways unlike the '94 Spider man series Gwen was quite the regular in this show and was voiced by fairly known actress Lacey Chabert and I must say like the show itself I am pretty impressed. Lacey Chabert's performance did certainly fit this take on Gwen as a cute though nerdy young High school girl rather well and I find it to be one of Lacey's best performances.
Overall both are very good but I am going with Lacey here (but to be fair Lacey got to voice this role considerably longer).

I prefer Kari the most, but all three ladies did a great job.

I'm going with Lacey Chabert. Kari and Mary Kay are good too.

It is so weird hearing Kari Wahlgren as Gwen... knowing that she was previously the voice of Emma Frost and Amora the Enchantress.

Sticking with Kari's take is basically her Wasp.

@pete I meant sticking with Mary though I think Kari sounds a bit like Emma Stone but not enough.

@pete Kari never played Wasp; that's Colleen O'Shaughnessey you're thinking of.

I enjoy Mary the most, but Lacey and Keri were good too.

Kari had a good mix of the other two. She had the sass of Mary and the intelligence of Lacey. Voting for her.

Lacey Chabert for Gwen. She had more to work with and does suit Gwen, though Mary Kay Bergman was good, too.

@Anicomicgeek Well, this is the second time Kari WAhlgren's voiced a love interest of Spidey's.XD Yeah, I'm gonna change my vote to Kari. I think I like her Gwen better.

hmmm....a single episode vs. 2 seasons of character development and great voice acting? The choice is a no-brainer here (without nostalgia glasses of course)

I thought that they both sounded similar, and they were both good, but I admit, I can't vote against Mary Kay Bergman!
