Voice Compare » Spider-Man » Betty Brant
Comparision of the voice over actors who have been the voice of Betty Brant with sound clips and images.
Betty Brant is a supporting protagonist in the Spider-Man storyline whom made her comic book debut in The Amazing Spider Man #4 in September of 1963. Betty Brant was Peter Parker's first love interest in which at first seems uncertain whether if its a requited love or if their just good friends (and while Marvel has given the former some attention but over the years Marvel definitely has went with the latter but Betty's history as one of Spidey's love interests is by no means forgotten though.) Though one consistent thing about Betty is that she is normally known as J. Jonah Jameson's secretary however when several other female characters have replaced her status as Spider Man's Love Interest her role normally got a lot smaller (but to be fair Peter isn't the only man in the franchise whom she has had a relationship with either). But while Betty is traditionally known as a secretary for the Daily Bugle but in the recent comics she is also known as an investigative reporter for the Daily Bugle as well.

EDITOR'S OPINION
Alright folks today on the Spider Man VC section we take a look at Spidey's original love interest... BETTY BRANT! Let us begin...Peg Dixon- Peg's voice was a pretty natural fit for the role here as it does suit how Betty is a nice normal friendly girl. Peg's performance did suit on how Betty is a nice normal friendly girl (whom has occasionally been also a damsel in distress) and its a good example of her work and of the voice work in the show.
Mona Marshall- This very early example of Mona's career is a very interesting change of pace for her (but to be fair this is before she is mainly typecast-ed as young boys). But still Mona's voice for the role felt very natural for the role as her performance did suit Betty's general friendly nature (but also her somewhat complicated relationship with Peter Parker). Mona did quite well with the role and its a good example of the voice work in the show.
Bethany Rhoades- Bethany's voice is not really bad for the role but it does sound a little too high and perhaps a a bit too young for the role here. But to be fair Bethany basically played Betty as a friendly secretary and does pretty well with that so its not too bad.
Rachel Kimsey- Rachel is an improvement as her voice for the role is actually pretty good as it suits the role rather well. Rachel's performance as Betty was good as she also played the role as a friendly secretary rather well (which actually makes one wish that Betty had a bit more lines in the game) but it is a good example of the voice work in the game nevertheless.
Grey DeLisle- Grey was also quite a natural choice for the role of Betty Brant as her voice suited the role very well. Not too mention on how Grey's performance suited this depiction of Betty well as a nice "older sister" figure to Peter rather well and is a good example of her voice work.
Overall most of these ladies did well but I am going with Mona and Grey the most with Peg and Rachel at a close second with Bethany at a decent third.

Grey DeLisle!
Glad they left her voice work as Betty alone in Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

Goona go with Grey DeLisle, though Rachel Kimsey was also good as Betty.
