EDITOR'S OPINION
Personally, I prefer Taylor's Ratchet over Kelley's; it seems more natural and a little less grating out of the two.CatsTuxedo

Honestly I'm going with Kelley on this one. He gave Ratchet more of an edgy, laid back personality which made him more relatable to me. Not to mention he had a unique voice that made him sound closer to his age than Taylor's.
James is passable, but to me, Ratchet's character became more generic and bland when he started voicing him. I get Ratchet was suppose to have grown up after the first game, but he's just not that interesting anymore.

I've never been a fan of the TMNT franchise, but it is worth noting how both of them have voiced a ninja turtle in the 2007 CGI film. XD
Anyway, JAT easily wins this one. Mikey was decent, but he didn't have anywhere near as much range or emotion (to be fair though, he only voiced him in the first game).

Funny how both of them were ninja turtles in TMNT, anyway I prefer James.
