Raoul Contesta is a recurring character in the Pokemon anime. He is a Pokemon Contest judge and director. He is usually the first of the three judges to give opinions and advice to the Pokemon Coordinators.
In the English dub version of the Pokemon anime by 4Kids Entertainment Raoul Contesta was first voiced by Mike Pollock.
When 4Kids lost the license and Pokemon USA started to produce and dub the series, the role was recast and Craig Blair voiced the character.
In episode 161 of the Diamond and Pearl saga "Yes in Dee Dee, It's Dawn!" Mike Pollock has returned to voice the character again.

Both voices although different are good for the character IMO. This Voice Compare is a draw for me.Jackson_H

Perhaps a small glimmer of hope to bring back the former voice actors for other characters? :)
