Nurse Joy is responsible for the well being and care of all Pokemon. There are countless Nurse Joys in Pokemon Centers across the regions. Every Nurse Joy is related in some way (sisters, aunts, mothers, cousins). Nurse Joys usually have Chansey or Blissey to assist them. All Nurse Joys are kind and honest people.
In the English dub of the Pokemon anime, Nurse Joy was first voiced by Megan Hollingshead.
When Megan Hollingshead left 4Kids Entertainment after the 6th season of Pokemon the role was recast and Erica Schroeder voiced Nurse Joy.
When 4Kids lost the license for the Pokemon anime to Pokemon USA all characters were recast for the 10 year anniversary special Mastermind of Mirage Pokemon. In this special Nurse Joy was voiced by Diane Stillwell.

EDITOR'S OPINION
Megan Hollingshead is my favorite and crushes the competition here (IMO)! Her Nurse Joy voice is definitely one of her best performances.Erica Schroeder was a fairly good replacement. Diane Stillwell was ok but not too memorable. Michele Knotz does a pretty good job too. Alyson Leigh Rosenfeld is also fitting for this character and gives a solid performance.

#1 Megan Hollingshead
She's just too classic to pass up, and served as inspiration for the other English voices of Nurse Joy. A loving heart, caring nature, motherly softness, and fierce determination define the character, and Megan captured all of those aspects perfectly. She's also just a great voice actress in general, so it'll be hard to beat her regardless!
#2 Erica Schroeder
Very similar to Megan, sounding a bit younger but still maintaining the former's tender nature and strong will. I actually didn't even notice the change of cast at first! Too bad she didn't voice the character very long though, as I'm sure she'd have improved over time. Still, she certainly did a wonderful job, especially as a replacement.
#3 Alyson Leigh Rosenfeld
A bit too high and young-sounding for the part, but she still did very well here, capturing all of Megan's virtues and making it her own. Definitely one of the best performances of the BW saga, and I'm sure she'll continue to do better.
#4 Michele Knotz
Not bad at all, just too similar to her other Pokemon roles. Michele Knotz has been overcasted way too much in the entirety of the TPCi dub of the Pokemon anime, but it's not her fault. I'd say that that's mostly due to how small the voice-over talent pool was when TPCi took over.
#5 Diane Stillwell
With so little to go on, there's not much I can say, but I suppose she at least had some potential.

I think Erica and Diane did a pretty fair job in maintaining Joy's personality. It was Knotz and Alyson that totally took it in another direction. And it's not a good one.

obviously Megan wins, with Erica as a replacement, but the other two fail horribly. Sorry pokemonlotty, but your "different person" thing just doesn't make sense. Like the jenny's, all the nurse joy's are exactly the same. I don't care what Brock says, there's no difference between them(besides the island one which has a tan).
PS: the main voice actors from season 1-8 are the best, no contest.

I like Megan's best but since all Nurse Joys are a different person it doesn't matter.

Megan blows her replacements out of the water... Her voice was so sweet and soothing; it was perfect for the character and very memorable. Erica was a good replacement and did a good imitation. The other two could best be described as "meh".

Gotta be Megan—great as Jenny and Joy. She brought the character to life as a warm, loving person, like she ought to be.
