Delia Ketchum is the mother of Ash Ketchum. She lives in Pallet Town and was once a student of Professor Oak. She is usually a very cheerful and positive person and she is also an excellent cook.
In the English version of the Pokemon anime Delia was originally voiced by Veronica Taylor in the 4Kids dub.
When 4Kids Entertainment lost the license for the Pokemon anime, Pokemon USA recast the role and now Delia is currently voiced by Sarah Natochenny.

Sarah Natochenny does a pretty good job, but I personally think Veronica Taylor's voice was more fitting for the character.Jackson_H

Veronica should be re-hired, along with Rachael, Eric and the original VA's. If we work together and write, email, call or sign petitions we can get them back on Pokemon. So, write to Du Art and PUSA, call PUSA and other things. Let's make this year be the year Veronica and everyone gets re-hired. Is anyone else with me?

anyway, Natochenny's sounds much more natural. Taylor's is way too soft and unrealistic.

I agree with purplewarrior Veronica sounded much more motherly and natural.
Sarah's is fairly good but nothing memorable like Veronica's performance.

Did u think in some websites that Michele Knotz overlapped Sarah Natochenny's Delia Ketchum for no reason? Just like Rachael Lillis overlapped Ikue Othani's Pikachu in limited episodes back in season 1 of Pokemon.
