I personally prefer Justin Cook's voice for the character because IMO it sounds more natural than Andrew Rannell's voice and more fitting for Bellamy's personality.Jackson_H

Andrew Rannells' take on the character was flat out horrendous while Justin Cook's approach for the character is so much better in every way their is a night and day difference here between the skills of both voice actors and Justin simply comes out on top for this voice compare.

Obviously giving this to Juston Cook. He really got down the "dangerous maniac" personality Bellamy's known for. And that laugh.

Justin Cook, defenitely. He got the hynena laugh down perfectly. This character was not one of Andrew Rannell's better performances.

It's not often I think 4Kids did a terrible job on someone, but Bellamy did it.
Still, Justin makes Bellamy sound exactly like (surprise, surprise) Raditz.

Justin for the win. Andrew just made Bellamy sound like a school bully.

Justin fit the character very well and did a good job. Andrew did not do a good job and made the character sound pathetic.
