Voice Compare » Marvel Universe » Taurus
Comparision of the voice over actors who have been the voice of Taurus with sound clips and images.
Taurus is a Super-Villain in the Marvel Universe whose comic book debut was in Avengers #72 in January of 1970. There are several versions of Taurus out there such a man with a powerful Bull-suit, man piloting a giant robot bull, a powerful alien bull that can turn himself into a humanoid form and more but one consistent thing about them is that they are evil menaces who are out to destroy the Avengers. The original Taurus' Alter Ego is Cornelius Van Lunt who is an incredibly wealthy businessman and a powerful criminal mastermind and creator of the criminal cartel the Zodiac and he uses the Zodiac and his powerful Bull-Themed suit to take on the Avengers and is rivals with the criminal syndicate the Maggia. Every version of Taurus is known to be incredibly strong and are known for using their horns (but can use other types of attacks) but certain versions of Taurus are considerably more durable than others though.

EDITOR'S OPINIONToday on the Marvel Universe VC section we take a look at the leader of the Zodiac... TAURUS! Time to grab this Bull by the horns...
Gerry Mendicino- Gerry's rather deep (and digitally altered) voice does work with this take on the role pretty well as the Russian accent did seem a little strange at first but it grew on me pretty quickly. Gerry's performance for the role did have a good authoritative feel as the leader of a gang of evil Aliens out to attack Earth and is a pretty good example of the voice work in the show.
Roger Craig Smith- Yeah this show seems to be going with the idea of "guy piloting a big robotic Bull" depiction of Taurus and Roger's work on the role does suit this show's take on the role pretty well. Roger's voice for the role is alright as his performance is pretty good as he seems to be playing the role as a very desperate man whom is somewhat mentally unstable as he is piloting a large killer Bull robot. Roger's work on the role is pretty good as it is an alright example of his work and of the voice work in the show.
Overall neither of these guys are bad but I am actually going to go with Gerry a bit more on this one.
