Voice Compare » Hulk » Korg
Comparision of the voice over actors who have been the voice of Korg with sound clips and images.
Korg is a secondary protagonist in the Hulk franchise (whom was originally a one-shot foe of the Mighty Thor in his original appearance) and his comic book debut was in Journey into Mystery #83 back in 1963. Korg is a Kronan whom are stone men (kind of like The Thing) and while Korg was involved in the Kronan invasion of Earth that Thor stopped after when the Kronan retreated, Korg along with his surviving allies were captured by the Red King's forces and was held prisoner as a gladiatorial slave in Sakaar. Korg was trying to survive as a Gladiator (and is not particularly proud of that especially considering certain victories) and he is a loyal member of the group Warbound that rebels against the Red King's tyranny. Korg like all other Kronans have a strong and highly durable body that can live for many years and while he uses his strong body he is also an intelligent tactician whom is able to use his environment to his advantage.

EDITOR'S OPINIONToday we take a look at this Rock Man whom was once a foe of Thor but is nowadays an ally to the likes of the Hulk... KORG! Lets begin...
Kevin Michael Richardson- A perfectly suitable casting choice for the role if I do say so myself, granted he is very well known for doing deep voices (in which the majority of his work was like that). But still Kevin's voice and performance for the role was very suiting as it sounds strong yet sympathetic as well. So in another words its a fine example of KMR's voice work and of the voice work in that movie.
Dave Wittenburg- Sorry but while I normally like Dave's voice work he sounds really miscast here, I know of the nature of the show though call me old fashioned but someone like Korg should have a lower voice. Granted Dave did make some effort in trying to sound rough in his voice and performance for the role but it was just too light. So how do I put this mildly? Its not really bad but its not one of the better performances in that show lets just say.
Jonathan Adams- Jonathan's voice was also rather suiting for the role as while its not as deep as Kevin's but it is suitably deep enough envertheless. Anyways Jonathan's performance was also pretty good as he gives a bit more energetic performance as a Heroic Rebel rather well and its another good example of his handiwork.
Overall I am clearly going with Kevin & Jonathan here as Dave was just simply miscast in this role.
