I think you should replace Lou's sample with a sample from The incredible Hulk (2008 movie). He did a much better job there.
Nevertheless though, Fred takes it.

Fred Tatasciore is obviously the best, but I think Mark Gibbon did a good job in Iron Man : Armored Adventures. Ricks OK too, would like to hear a little more power in his voice. Travis Willingham did good for a cartoony Hulk. He had a lot of power in his voice, and was also hilarious.

max fergusen sounds too intelligent, bob holt sounds unrealistic, peter cullen doesn't sound angry enough, ron perlman doesn't sound assertive enough, lou ferrigno is a little too high pitched, peter lurie is too light, mark gibbon is hard to take seriously, travis willingham lacks a proper roar, rick d. wasserman talks too fast, andrew jackson doesn't even sound like the hulk, but fred tatasciore is absolutely PERFECT.

I don't know much about the Hulk series so to me they all sound good but Fred Tatasciore's Hulk has the most power in it.

Aw, you couldn't have used Ferrigno's vocal performances from the movie? Those say more about his capabilities as Hulk than that one clip from The Incredible Hulk.

We Need John DiMaggio as Hulk.

I'm voting for Fred Tatasciore. My second favorite is Lou Ferrigno.

Fred's clip reminds me of the Tank from Left 4 Dead maybe because they share the same actor

personally i think andrew jackson's hulk is the absolute worst. it's pathetic. hulk is supposed to be full of power and rage, not someone sounding like a spiderman type person.

................................ It's really not fair, Fred is just the MASTER of these sort of characters XD. Though I understand why they got lou to be the Hulk in the Avengers movie, his has a "nostalgic" feel to it. But my list is as follows.

Fred is a good yelling voice, But Rick can TALK

Like most people, I'm voting for Fred Tatasciore. Though I must point out he's much better in his earlier roles such as Hulk Vs. and Wolverine and the X-Men than in his later roles such as Avengers: EMH and Marvel vs Capcom 3.

Fred does have a very awesome yelling voice hands down, but Rick D has the better talking voice. My vote goes to him.

Everybody did a good job, but Fred is exceptional in his portrayal. Really fits the character very well.

I'd probably go with Fred. There's a reason he's played this character a lot recently; he really seems to *get* the psychology of the character, and is able to take him through different moods. His rages are also some of the most *legitimately* angry Hulk tantrums out of the bunch.

Travis Willingham does a great comedic take on SHS, though.

They're all good, but I'm gonna give this one to Lou Ferrigno.

I completely agree with both NCZ and Jackson on this one. Fred FTW! But to be fair everyone else did a fine job as well.

Fred's hulk reminds me to much of the Heavy Weapons Guy to be my pick.

The classical Savage version of Hulk is obviously the original and superior incarnation to me. That's why Mark Gibbon (2nd), Lou Ferrigno (3rd), and Fred Tatasciore (1st) were the correct voice choices. The first few voice actors for him sounded nearly similar to cave people. And I have no real problem with that, but a more vicious tone wouldn't be much to work with, no? Travis Willingham... Okay, first off: Why is Hulk in TSHQS? Second: the voice itself is unique in its very own way, but Hulk is just... what's the word I'm looking for? Oh, yeah! Pathetic in that entire show. And then Rick D Wasserman... I haven't watched that movie before, but judging by the voice clip, I guess he's alright! However this version of Hulk seems to be a bit more intelligent when I hear him. Dunno if anybody else feels the same. And finally for Andrew Jackson for voiced the Hulk in those crossover fighting games I loved so much as a kid (except for MvC2, due to some unbalanced problems), when actually speaking, he uses the Banner persona... O.o

Fred Tatasciore definitely. He's incredible (pun not intended)! Those screams must really take a toll on the throat.

Ron Pearlman who voices Hulk for Fantastic Four 1994 (already added) ALSO voices Hulk for Iron Man 1994.

Why add him twice?

And it's the 1996 Hulk series not 1994 which is already added and is played by Lou Ferrigno.

dunno if anyone has said it already but you are missing the 1994 Hulk animated series and Iron Man 1994 series wher hulk appeared in the episode hulk buster.

I find the fact that Tatasciore's performance strongly resembles the Heavy Weapons Guy extremely amusing :)

If it's just roars I'm not sure if it's worth it.

If I added that then grunts would be added too for other characters.

The only small problem is that those lines are when Bruce Banner had control of the Hulk so it wasn't the "real" Hulk's natural voice.

Jackson, not to undermine you or correct you, but Tatasciore's Hulk DOES have dialogue in 'Ultimate Avengers'. He says this: "It worked! Betty, see? I told you!"..."Yes. Everything's gonna' be fine."..."THIS IS MY FIGHT! STAY OUT OF IT!", in addition to lots of roaring and shouting. :) (Just some editing required) Plus, I think this Hulk should be added because he sounds different enough from his "Hulk vs." version. I posted a link to the scene, if that's alright.

well even though it's short he does say "Hulk Smash!"

Unfortunately since the Hulk is a secret/down loadable character for the game, clips are hard to find. If you can find a better clip post the link and I'll add a longer better one. :)

True that Ferrigno's voice for the films is a lot deeper. I'll talk with the other admins about it.

But as for Tatsciore's Ultimate Avengers, I was originally going to use that voice but funny thing is he didn't have many lines as the Hulk. Lots of roaring not much talking.

Bruce Banner had plenty of lines but was a different voice actor. Michael Massee I believe.

You should add Tatsciore's Hulk voice from "Ultimate Avengers", in which he speaks more fluently, but then goes on raging. ("It worked! Betty, see? I told you!"..."Yes. Everything's gonna' be fine."..."THIS IS MY FIGHT! STAY OUT OF IT!") It does sound noticeably different than his "Hulk vs." voice.

And you guys should add Ferrigno's voice from BOTH live action Hulk movies too. (See the forum for dialogue suggestions.)

@jonhardwick we only add the same actor more than once if the voice they did again sounds distinctly different from the other time(s). just to avoid repetition.

FYI you may think some VA are missing but chances are they voiced Grey Hulk or Devil Hulk which IMO are different characters and deserve their own VC.

BUT I am missing Graig Robertson (Hulk 2003 VG) and Andrew Jackson (Marvel vs. games e.g. Street Fighter & Capcom).

Anyone have sound clips or can point me in the direction of them I'll add them to this VC asap.

I chose Bob Holt, mostly when he roars. He was a great cartoon Hulk, Lou was a great TV Hulk, and Fred plays a great modern day Hulk.

fantastic compare!! unfortunately, none really stand out as being the absolute best. for some reason, I hear a different Hulk in my head :P
