Voice Compare » Hulk » Glenn Talbot
Comparision of the voice over actors who have been the voice of Glenn Talbot with sound clips and images.
Glenn Talbot is one of the various antagonists of the Hulk franchise whom made his comic book debut in Tales to Astonish #61 back in November of 1964. Glenn Talbot is a Soldier whom serves the US Air Force (in which he was originally a Major but has also been known as a Colonel) whom is second in command to General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross in tracking down the Hulk. Glenn is often depicted as a soldier whom is just as eager to track down the Hulk as much as the General (whom also fancies his daughter Betty Ross) but was also the one whom discovered that Bruce Banner is the one whom transforms into the Hulk. Whether if Glenn Talbot is really a bad guy or not depends on which storyline we are talking about here whether if he is a good soldier doing his duty or an arrogant suck-up to General Ross (not too mention other things such as if he is a good love interest to Betty Ross or not).

EDITOR'S OPINION
Today on the Hulk VC section we take a look at General Ross' right hand man... GLENN TALBOT! Lets begin...John Vernon- Apparently Glenn Talbot was played by Tony Stark in this show as basically the late John Vernon's voice for the role is the exact same as his Tony Stark/Iron Man voice. (Though due to how Glenn looks a lot like Tony Stark did in this show doesn't help either.) Granted to be fair John's work on this role is most certainly not bad but it is a bit awkward on how his work on the role is barely any different than his work as Tony Stark.
Patrick Fraley- An interesting change of pace for Patrick Fraley as he can try to sound serious even if he is known as an arrogant cowardly suck-up at heart. Basically its a pretty good example of Patrick Fraley's work and a good example of the voice work in the show.
Kevin Schon- Not bad, as the show tries to do a mixture of Talbot's "Arrogant Suck-Up" characterization and his more sympathetic characterization into one over the course of the series and Kevin's attempt to convey that for this voice and performance for the role was pretty good.
Michael Gannon- Kind of generic but its alright, as at least Michael's performance for the role does kind of suit on how Talbot is a flat out bad guy in this game as a delusional maniac in a Hulkbuster suit. So in other words its not a bad performance but it is the weakest one here so far.
Overall most of these guys are pretty good but none of them are seemingly perfect for the role but I suppose Kevin Schon is the closest out of these guys to be the best.

@Music Meister
Expect he later voted for Baker for Talbot, hence he no longer stands by it and was probably was the reason why he asked for it deleted.

The clip for Kevin Schon sounds oddly high-pitched. Thar said, from what I recall on the sound, he was pretty good, so I'm giving it to him, though Michael Gannon was good, too.

I find it kinda funny that Vernon voiced both Talbot and Ross.
