Irene "Rally" Vincent is an expert gunsmith and bounty hunter. She first appears in both Riding Bean as Bean's partner, and then in Gunsmith Cats as a bounty hunter with May Hopkins.

In the english dub of the one-shot Riding Bean OVA by Animeigo, Rally is voiced by Brennan Mackenzie.

As well as being the ADR director, Amanda Winn Lee voices Rally in the Gunsmith Cats OVAs released by ADV Films.
