Billy is a happy-go-lucky, extremely dim 8-year-old kid and friend of Mandy. He has an extremely large nose, orange hair and wears a red cap, blue jeans and a white shirt with a blue stripe. Together, he and Mandy managed to trick the Grim Reaper into becoming their friend. Many episodes are caused by him pilfering through Grim's trunk and misusing his magical items.

Like Grim, Richard Horvitz is always classic as Billy. But Quinton Flynn was a suitable stand-in in Punch Time Explosion.UltimateCharm

Richard Steven Horvitz is absolutely classic as Billy and that's a great clip you chose for him!
Quinton Flynn is okay, but sounds a bit too deep for Billy. He could probably do better.

Richard Horvitz is the best at Billy. Quinton Flynn works, but he's not as natural.

quinton flynn does a great job at immitating Horvitz voice but of course, the original is the best.

Going with Quinton because you picked a really annoying clip of Richard and I thought there was a glitch with either the clip or my computer.

@pete the scene is funnier if you see the visual part of the episode, but you should judge richard based on that portion of the clip.
