Shipwreck is one of the members of G.I. Joe. His real name is Hector X. Delgado and he hails from Chula Vista, California and grew up near the San Diego Navy Yards. Delgado enlisted in the Navy at age 16 and served with distinction, fighting the likes of pirates, smugglers, and insurgents. Shipwreck is known for his boisterous and comical personality and sailor attitude among the other members of G.I. Joe.

EDITOR'S OPINION
Neil Ross is classic as Shipwreck and the voice is iconic so I can't really add more to that.Lee Tockar also did a fine job as a much younger version of Shipwreck.
Carlos Alazraqui was also great in the role, giving Shipwreck a much gruffer, old-man-of-the-sea voice.
All actors were excellent as Shipwreck.
