Jess Harnell is the best. Also his version reminds of Genie from the Disney version of Aladdin. Imagine if those ever met lol.

I think Jesse Harnell is the best just because he brings more to the character. He's funny and clearly has more energy for the role.
Terry did a younger version and was more an annoying little brother. I'm not saying thats bad though just saying it's different.
Frank's was..well he wasn't my favorite but wasn't really that bad.
Like I said, Jess hands down.
