Voice Compare » Disney » Big Bad Wolf
Comparision of the voice over actors who have been the voice of Big Bad Wolf with sound clips and images.
The Big Bad Wolf is a bipedal canine who seeks out swine as a source of nourishment. If his prey retreats to their living spaces, the Wolf will attempt to demolish the establishment by expelling an extraordinary amount of air. On occasion, the Wolf will disguise itself as an ovine in an attempt to lull his target into a false sense of security.

No offense, but I actually like Jim Cummings' Big Bad Wolf.

I'm disapointed Jim went with his Pete voice. Especially since Pete was actually in the series. Jim could have been a lot better

I like Billy more. His Wolf actually sounds kind of scary.

I have to go with Billy on this one. Jim does succeed in making the Big Bad Wolf sound different than Pete, as did Billy, but I've got to go with the original on this one.

It's easy to see why Jim would be cast for the role in later years, as he did, after all, take over another role of Billy's, Pete. I'm having a hard time deciding who.

Billy Bletcher. Jim sounds like every character he's ever played.

Billy Bletcher is better. Jim's voice is pretty much his Pete voice

As for Jim Cummings it sounds like a cross between his Pete and Yosemite Sam voices (obviously they chose Cummings, since he takes over most of Billy Bletcher's characters, along with Sterling Holloway and Paul Winchell's characters.)
