Comparision of the voice over actors who have been the voice of Snapper Carr with sound clips and images.
Lucas "Snapper" Carr is a DC Comics character whom made his comic book debut in "The Brave and the Bold" #28 back in Feb.-Mar. of 1960. Snapper is a young man whom was made an "honorary member" of the Justice League, while Snapper is a normal young with no powers he did manage to get into the Justice League due to certain connections he had. Snapper's role in his earlier comic book appearances is for the Justice League series to have a sidekick character that was made for the Justice League series. While Snapper's real name is Lucas he is normally known as Snapper because of his tendency to snap his fingers.
EDITOR'S OPINIONToday on the DC Universe VC section we have a little something for one of this honorary member of the Justice League... SNAPPER CARR! We will actually begin with the original Justice League TV series in which Snapper was a frequently appearing TV Reporter and was voiced by Jason Marsden. Jason's voice for the role is a decent fit as Jason's performance as Snapper does sound serious and professional but not too overly stoic either. Basically its a pretty good example of Jason Marsden's work and a good example of the quality voice acting in DCAU shows such as the Justice League.
In Young Justice, Snapper Carr went by his original name Lucas Carr and was voiced by the series' producer Greg Weisman. In Young Justice Snapper or should I say Lucas Carr is a teacher at the Happy Harbor High School and only appeared for one scene in one episode so far in the series. But still despite the small amount of lines Greg does a pretty good job in playing Mr. Carr as a calm and cool Teacher so in other words Greg did some fairly solid work as Lucas Carr despite having a few lines. Overall I am not too sure who to go with here as both of these guys did pretty well in this role here in their own way.
