EDITOR'S OPINION
I think all these voice actors did great work voicing Martian Manhunter. Some voices are fairly similar while others are more unique. My personal favorite voice for this character is Carl Lumbly's.Jackson_H

1. Carl Lumbly- Can't go wrong with this, deep voice yet was caring yet intelligent.
2. Dorian Harewood- Again, good deep voice. He fit the detective style they were going with him and he works while still showing that caring side.
3. Daniel Riordan- Like the game he's very underrated. Deep and gruff but you can sense the kindness in his voice.
4. Miguel Ferrer- deep and gruff enough and showed kindness and sounded intelligent.
5. Jonathan Adams- Sounds a little like Carl only lighter. Could have been better but not bad.
6. Cam Clarke- needed a little gruffness and was a bit too calm it was almost monotone. Not terrible but needed polishing.
7. Dwight Schultz- Should have been a little deeper and gruffer. I guess it fits the mentor side of him but...eh, could have been better.
8. Nicholas Guest- higher then what I would expect but not bad. I guess the biggest problem I had with this one is that the portrayal seems off, seems more like a parody of Martian.
9. Kevin Richardson- It always sounds like he's weak and injuries. I understand he's going for a wise mentor for him but it just seems like he's tired.

@TheVengeanceKnight I will say that but like the Ugly Mantanna compare, just because it's different then his other roles doesn't mea it's good for the character

Everyone here has done justice to J'onn. But my top picks are Carl Lumbly, Nicholas Guest, Daniel Riordan, Dorian Harewood, Jonathan Adams, and Nicholas Guest

Carl Lumbly's my personal fav. Though I have to give credit for KMR being good as well, and not sounding like most of his other voices.

I'm in agreement with your choices Anicomicgeek. Dorian was a standout in the (IMHO) underrated "The Batman" series.

I'm going odd man out here, but I'm gonig with Dorian Harewood for the Martian Manhunter. I felt both he and Miguel Ferrer gave him a kind-of old school film noir detective-type voice and still suited his true and MM forms and I really liked that. I liked Harewood's more, so I'm gonna give it to him.
That said, all the rest of them were pretty good, too.

I'm glad they got rid of the voice modultor for Guest's MM, it's more fitting without it. With it is sounds too robotic
