Comparision of the voice over actors who have been the voice of Hawk with sound clips and images.
Hawk is a superhero in DC Comics who first appeared in Showcase #75 (June 1968). Hank Hall and his brother Don were given powers from a voice eventually revealed to be the Lords of Chaos and Order and they become Hawk and Dove. Hawk is empowered by the Lord of Chaos which grants him superhuman strength, speed, stamina, invulnerability and powerful claws. Unlike his brother, the conservative Hank was hot-headed and brash and acted more with physical force and violence. After the death of his brother, Hawk became more violent in his vigilantism until a woman named Dawn Granger stepped in and became the new Dove.

EDITOR'S OPINION
I think both did fine as the aggressive Hawk. I will say though I'm leaning towards Fred Savage mainly because that version of Hawk sounds more serious.UltimateCharm

Both are good as Hawk, but I'm gonna go with Fred Savage.
