Bruce Timm worked as Booster. Sticking with Scott, though.

Bruce's voice actually works pretty well for Booster, even if it is just a cameo

Bruce is pretty decent for the funny little cameo he has. I do think it's nice we finally have a Bruce cameo that wasn't a grunt or a two word character

Tom Everett Scott for sure loved his performance in his episode he gone from an arrogant guy to a well like hero you end up rooting for

Side note: Ian Sinclair would make an interesting choice for Booster gold

" In the super hero game there's usually one fail-safe technique used to solve problems. Beat the stuffing out of the bad guys. Other times you gotta use your brains. Or lack of 'them"

Booster Gold is One of Dan Jurgens' best Creations (along with his Underrated Teen Titans run) and an Excellently developed Character.

Here is my Ranking of His Voices:

4. Tracy W Bush
3. Diedrich Bader
2. Travis Willingham
1. Tom Everett Scott

Future VA Suggestions:

I recommend Marc Thompson for voicing Booster Gold, with him using his Flirtatious and Arrogant Duke Devlin voice, while later softening it during Michael's more Vulnerable moments.

I also think Joshua LaBar might be solid as well, using an Adult Version of his Flash Thompson voice.

I also Recommend Brian Beacock, Daniel Henney, Zach Braff and Brian Dobson.

Tom's got the eager sound, energy, and the snark. He hits all the right spots to make this a really fun performance while making it really natural at the same time. It's honestly one of the most fun DC performances to me.

Tracy is decent. I think he sounds a little too over enthusiastic, plus I feel he kind of rushes a couple lines or he just sounds kind of bland. It almost sounds like one of those overly happy museum tour guides more than Booster Gold.

Travis definitely has the goofy delivery, and he does good with it I feel. Nothing amazing, and he didn't have a lot to go off of, but for a Lego game, it's just a cute little performance.

Like I said before, Diedrich is a very natural choice. His energy and timing work fantastically. Nothing much else to say really, he's just really entertaining to listen to.

1. Tom Everett Scott
2. Diedrich Bader
3. Travis Willingham
4. Tracy W Bush

For a future VA, I'd say Cam Clarke, Weird Al, or Freddie Prinze Jr.

In Tracy's defense, he IS playing a happy museum guide since that's Booster's role in the game.
But I get what you mean.

I'm going with Tom Everett Scott here: his performance fit Booster Gold's more show off, braggart personality in public, but also the person longing to be recognized as someone important on the inside persona the most.

Travis Willingham would be my second favorite, although I feel like he overdoes the showing off personality just a little bit and the lighter tone doesn't mesh quite as well as Tom Everett Scott's take did.

Diedrich Bader's take is fairly similar to Travis Willingham's, except it's a little deeper and lower toned rather than higher pitched, but it works as well.

Tracy W. Bush's voice is decent, but his delivery and acting are incredibly dull and flat- I don't get a strong impression from this take: it sounds more like he's narrating most of the time.

VC thoughts update

Diedrich Bader is really tons of fun as Booster Gold. He really nails the show-off traits of the character and his comedic timing is excellent.

Travis Willingham is also good. He has a great show-off attitude and it's really nice to hear Travis using a lighter voice.

Tom Everett Scott does nail Booster's show-off personality and he also makes him quite likeable. Overall, another good fit.

Tracy W. Bush is forgettable.

@Starscreamsfan Which performance from Tom Everett Scott do you prefer?:

His Justice League Unlimited performance or his Batman: The Brave and The Bold performance?

@EPA Deane I actually like both performances the same. If I had to choose, it would be his Brave and the Bold performance, since he had a little bit more material there.

Bruce Timm works pretty well despite the little material he got. He does have the attitude down perfectly. Second place.

Diedrich breaks the T pattern for Booster Gold's actor.
Anyways, he's a natural choice for the character. A little deeper than I'd prefer but still a good performance. He's a close second to Tom.

I don't know this character all that well, but Tom Everett Scott sounds the best. Tracy is alright.

It's interesting hearing Travis do a higher and different kind of voice, but it's sorta meh.

Travis is...okay. He can be inconstant and get a little cartoony. I'm more bothered that they wrote Booster as the "dumb hot shot looking for glory", I just get annoyed when he's portrayed like that because it's an exaggeration that doesn't do Booster justice.

Tom still has my vote.

@jon3voices which I think was actually on purpose, since the line in this recording is from when your touring the city and activate one of his tour machines. Booster would sound like he's just reading a cue card.

Tom Everett Scott for me, definitely. I think was Tracy was a bit miscast here, sounds too deep, not very carefree nor very show-boaty.
