Alanna is a minor character in the DC Comics who first appears in Showcase #17 (November 1958). She is the daughter of Sardath, a scientist of her planet Rann. One of her father's discoveries, the Zeta-Beam, teleports to Rann an Earthling named Adam Strange, whom Alanna was initially smitten with. She mainly served as a guide to Alan Strange while he was in Rann, and the two have many adventures together. They fall in love and eventually Alanna married Adam. Alanna would give birth to their daughter, Aleea.

EDITOR'S OPINION
Alanna is usually a romantic foil for Adam Strange, and both actresses did fine in that role. Cathy Cavadini voices Alanna with sass and strength, while Jacqueline Obradors voices Alanna as fairly younger, while being smitten with Strange. They both were great in their own way.UltimateCharm

I like the sass and strenght vibe provided by Cathy. Jacqueline's okay, I just don't care for teenage romantic characters.

I'm gonna go with Jacqueline Danell Obradors, though Cathy Cavadini was also good as Alanna.

Jacqueline makes her sound too young, making it seem Adam was a pedophile. Cathy gave her a Lois Lane kind of vibe and I like it, making the character interesting and rememberable which they didn't have to do but I'm glad they did.
