They all sound ind of annoying, to be honest...I'll say Brian Silva.

Rob Paulsen's my favorite, though Brian Silva is a close second. He has a Daffy/Plucky thing going on.
With Lani, her delivery is OK and certainly wacky enough, but it's pretty obvious it's a woman doing a guy's voice and it just doesn't work.

I'll choose Silva becuase even though it's annoying, it's less so than the other two.
