Voice Compare » Batman » Lucius Fox
Comparision of the voice over actors who have been the voice of Lucius Fox with sound clips and images.
Lucius Fox is a known secondary protagonist in the Batman series whom made his debut appearance in the comics in Batman #307 in January of 1979. Lucius is primarily known as the CEO of Wayne Enterprises whom is not only aids Bruce Wayne in his business and private finances but also aids Batman in the technology he uses to fight crime (in which Lucius is generally aware of the fact that Bruce Wayne is Batman). But there are some aspects about Lucius that do differ depending on the continuity such as if he is middle-aged or elderly, or when he is introduced in the story did he meet with Bruce Wayne recently or is he an old friend of the late great Thomas Wayne. But still much like Alfred Pennyworth and Commissioner James Gordon he is known as a father figure to Bruce Wayne/Batman.

EDITOR'S OPINION
Hello folks today on the Batman VC section we take a look at the CEO of Wayne Enterprises... LUCIUS FOX! And since this is a fairly big VC I shall say that well to be honest this is a tough as just about all of these guys have done really well with this role here. The weakest performance out of all these guys is probably Leif Anders but even still its a fairly good performance nevertheless. Overall while I am certain that Morgan Freeman will most likely be a popular choice and I can certainly understand why but just about all of these guys did really well with the role here as well.Pokejedservo

I hope Lucius Fox is in the third Batman: Arkham game. They could probably get Duane R. Shepard Sr. to voice him. Duane also voices Aaron Cash in both Arkham games.

They were all good but I'm gonna go with Louis Gossett Jr.

It's kind of unfair competing with Morgan Freeman when it comes to voice.

Bad clip for Morgan Freeman but he's still my favourite Lucius Fox. Second choice would be Brock Peters and Kevin Michael Richardson.

Louis Gossett Jr is simply the best, you get a good mix of intelligence yet caring. I can see him being a father figure to Bruce.
I am surprised I like Leif Sanders but he did pull off intelligent and I could hear a certain caring feel in his voice.
Morgan Freeman was alright but better in the movie.
Kevin Richardson was pretty good as it did sound smart enough. Only problem was he sounded like a young guy playing an older man.
Brock and Mel just didn't leave an impact for me and thus are kinda forgettable.

I'm giving it to Morgan Freeman, though they all are pretty good as Lucius.

Although I always love Morgan's voice, I have to go with Brock Peters. Its very distinct and I think perfect for Lucius.

I'm going to go with brock peters here, even though I love Morgon I just think he did better this time around. Especially since it's Morgan in a game and not in the movies where he was much better.

Gotta go with Morgan Freeman. He's got an awesome voice and whenever I think Lucius, I think Morgan Freeman.

Brock Peters - Pretty damn good.
Louis Gossett Jr - Different feel to his voice but I like it.
Mel Winkler - Deeper then Brock's, I like it but would like it better if it wasn't a replacement for Brock as they don't sound that much alike.
Kevin Michael Richardson - He's always good but lacks the sort of aged feel if you will. Still pretty good though.
Leif Anders - Sorry but no.
