Err why did they hire an English speaking voice actor for one character when everyone else speaks Japanese?

@HienFan I don't know if you know this but the game originally was Japanese exclusive with no intention of a worldwide release, mainly due to licensing issues and the obscurity of the Tatsunoko characters. Because of fan demand, Capcom were able to strike deals with Tatsunoko and all of their licensees to get the game to western shores.

Frank was one of the five characters added to the international version, along with Zero, Tekkaman Blade, Yatterman-2, and Joe the Condor. It was too expensive to dub the whole game, and I guess they decided to go with an English speaker for Frank since he's an American who had never had a Japanese VA before, so it produced a more authentic sound.

You know, this very game on the Nintendo Wii is what I have today. Easily one of the best fighting games in my honest opinion. Some people may say that the new Marvel vs Capcom 3 installment is probably like this, and I may be able to believe them. And in other words, the music is flawless, the character roster is unique in its own way, gameplay engine runs smooth, graphics are impressive for a Wii game, and few people tend to disagree because of their very own opinions that they all have. I have opinions, myself... This game, however, brings me to decide why people hated this game for only being on the Wii? Only one reason: It doesn't matter what console or handheld system this baby's on, it is still dynamic in its own way. So there you go!
